Shopping online should be as trouble-free as shopping in-store. For this reason, our Exchange & Returns Policy for domestic orders is super simple! 

We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. We will gladly process exchanges or returns within 60 days from the date of delivery. 

Once the original order is received and inspected by our team, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

Your refund will be processed onto your original payment method once your return is delivered and inspected by our warehouse. 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original new condition. Please return and exchange items in the original product packaging to help ensure the life of the product while in transit. *Items that have been worn, stained, washed, the smell of fragrances, have deodorant marks, make-up, animal hair, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return.

PRODUCT ISSUES

There are very rare instances where you may have received a defective or incorrectly barcoded product. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and any relevant photographs so that we can figure out what went wrong and ensure it does not happen again; we want to make your experience with us as easy and pleasant as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to receive, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
