• How do I place an order?

When there’s an item you would like to purchase, click on the item in the store and then click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. You may continue to shop until you are ready to checkout. When you are ready to checkout, click on the Bag, located at the top right section of the screen.

Once you have carefully reviewed your order, checking that any sizes and quantities are correct, click on “Checkout” to confirm your order. You will then be directed to a page where you can fill out your billing, shipping, and payment information.

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify its contents. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us for more help.

  • How can I make changes to a recent order?

BalanieShop is able to update the shipping address or shipping method of an order that is processing and has not shipped. If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address or shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or exchange the contents of an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add or exchange contents of an order, you must cancel your order and place a new order with the updated contents.

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout and confirm that all information, including your email address, is correct. BalanieShop is not responsible if an order ships and the information provided at checkout was incorrect.

BalanieShop cannot cancel or modify an order that has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address can only be modified from our end. Additionally, billing addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed. To update your shipping address, please contact us

  • How can I cancel an order?

BalanieShop Shop allows cancellations on any orders that are processing and have not shipped. If you are unsure if your order has shipped, you can refer to any recent order email notifications, contact us for more info or contact email support@balanieshop.com
BalanieShop Shop is unable to cancel orders that have already shipped. However, once you have received your order, you may submit a return request to begin the returns process

  • How do I check my order status?

After you have placed your order with BalanieShop , automated order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

  • When will my order ship?

Please keep in mind due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there may be unforeseen delays in processing and shipping orders.

Most orders ship out within 14 to 16 business days of purchase. BalanieShop does not ship out orders on weekends or US holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during holidays or sales.

The delivery rate estimates (as provided by the shipping service) do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped.

  • I did not receive any order or shipping confirmation emails

Automated order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout when orders are placed and shipped. If you did not receive an email when your order was placed, please check any spam folders and add support@balanieshop.com to your address book.

Please allow at least 14-16 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

  • Where is my package?

You can review our estimated delivery rates on our shipping information page. You can check the status of your package through the tracking or customs link in your shipping notification email , you can view the status for your order by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This notification is sent automatically once your order has been processed and shipped, usually within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed.

Most packages successfully arrive within the estimated delivery time frame, but delays occasionally can still occur, particularly during holiday seasons or extreme weather conditions. International shipments are also subject to delays from regular transport and customs inspections.

All delivery rates and times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • My tracking information is not updated

Please allow some time for tracking information to begin updating. Tracking typically updates within 48 hours of a package shipping. If more than 48 hours have passed and you have not seen any additional updates, please feel free to contact us for additional assistance.

The frequency of tracking updates can vary and be affected by shipping method, destination, weather conditions, and holidays and weekends.

  • My tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it!

If you cannot locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, we first recommend that you investigate all possible areas a package may have been left at your address. This may include back doors, mailboxes, mail rooms, main office, etc.

We also suggest checking with any neighbors or people in your neighborhood or building who may have accidentally received the package.

If it has been more than a few days and you are still unable to locate your package after following the previous steps, please contact us for additional assistance.

  • My package has been returned to sender!

There are many reasons why a package may not have been delivered and was instead returned to us.

  • Invalid shipping address  (missing information, typos, incomplete lines)
  • The addressee has moved away without leaving a forwarding address or instructions
  • The package was refused by someone at the address
  • The package was unclaimed

*When an order is unclaimed, it may be held by your local post office for any reason. At this point it will need to be claimed in person, otherwise it will most likely be returned to us.

Usually the mail carrier will leave a note or notice with instructions on how to claim your package if it is held, or attempt to call the phone number for the order. Unfortunately any notices or notes left by the mail carrier are out of BalanieShop’s control.

The shipping unit tracking and usually displays the reason why a package is unable to be delivered. If your shipment is marked ‘return to sender,’ feel free to contact us. Please be sure to review your account or your order confirmation email and shipment confirmation email to confirm that you provided the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please note that we cannot re-ship orders until the original package returns to us. We cannot intercept or redirect a package once it is marked as ‘return to sender’. Packages being returned to sender are generally considered low priority by the carrier party and may move slowly, so unfortunately we can’t provide an estimate as to when returned packages will arrive at our warehouse.

If a package is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, customers are responsible for any additional charges required to re-ship the package.

  • Items are missing from my order!

If you suspect an item is missing from your order, please first double check the packaging the order arrived in to see if it may just be hidden or stuck inside. In some orders, smaller items may be packed inside or around larger items. If you are still unable to locate the missing item, please contact us for assistance!

  • I received the wrong item or defective iteam or a damage in my order!

If you received an incorrect item or defective iteam or a damage instead of what you ordered, please contact us for assistance so that we can correct the issue. You may be required to provide a photo of the item you received so we can verify the mistake.

We recommend referring to your packing slip or order confirmation email to confirm that the item you received is different from what you originally ordered.

  • Why is my order’s status ‘unfulfilled’ or ‘fulfilled’?

An ‘unfulfilled’ status simply means that your order has not yet been processed and shipped. This status may change to ‘fulfilled’ once it has been fully processed and shipped.

Please allot at least 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse.

Please note that a ‘fulfilled’ status is not a confirmation of tracking or delivery.

  • What days does BalanieShop ship orders?

BalanieShop is closed on weekends and for the following US holidays:
